Former home of Pasha El Glaoui, in the heart of the famous Jamaa Al Fna Square, restaurant Al Baraka has not only preserved its architecture but also the authenticity of the Moroccan cuisine from Lalla M’baraka, former cook of the notorious Pasha.

From the rooftop, modernity and tradition are combined to let yourself be carried away by the songs, dances of the Jamaa El Fna square,and the sublime view of the Koutoubia minaret and the Atlas mountains.

Just steps from the busy, noisy square is this lovely, large, quiet restaurant. Our group had a demonstration of how to make couscous, which was great. We all enjoyed a delicious lunch in perfect weather in the large patio area. Definitely worth a visit.

Tavoli nel cortile interno. Personale gentile e qualità elevata. Antipasti deliziosi, ottimo pollo, vino “Les Terres rouges” ad accompagnare il tutto. Prezzi medio/alti. Il miglior pranzo del nostro viaggio in Marocco.

Buen restaurante al lado de la plaza Jemma el Fna. Decoración muy bonita con una terraza muy agradable aunque cenamos dentro porque hay frio. El comedor interior con mesas grandes y sofás. La comida muy buena, raciones grandes. Música en directo y espectáculo de danza del vientre durante un rato

Después de un jornada de callejear, no hay nada mejor que una buena comida del país. En éste restaurante se se come muy bien, a un precio razonable y con un servicio excelente. Estuvimos 4 días en Marrakech y no lo dudamos en repetir. Si volvemos a Marrakech, repetiremos.

Nous y sommes aller pendant notre séjour à Marrakech après avoir consulter tripadvisor. Notre but était de manger un bon couscous. Nous avons beaucoup aimé... c'était un vrai délice belle atmosphère, un service magnifique. Il mérite le détour. Merci beaucoup!
